1. Information we collect

• Account information: the email address you provide at registration and a one-way hashed digest of your password (plaintext passwords are never stored).
• Inquiry communications: the content of inquiries you send to dealers through the Platform (vehicle requirements, quantities, destination port and any contact details you choose to include).
• Preference information: your selected display language and currency.
• Device and log information: IP address, browser type, access times and request logs, used for security, troubleshooting and availability monitoring.

2. How we use information

• To create and maintain your buyer account and keep it secure;
• To forward your inquiries to the relevant dealers and retain communication records for dispute review;
• To detect and prevent fraud, spam inquiries, abusive scraping and other threats to the Platform;
• To improve search quality and usability, based on aggregated statistics and without profiling individuals for advertising.

3. How we share information

We share information on a strict need-to-know basis and only with the following recipients:

• Dealers: only the inquiry content you send and the contact details you voluntarily include;
• Licensed third-party payment and escrow institutions: if you follow a payment channel guided by the Platform, payment data is processed by that licensed institution under its own privacy policy; the Platform never receives sensitive payment credentials such as card numbers or account passwords;
• Logistics and customs brokers: only when a transaction requires export arrangements, limited to necessary shipping information;
• Cloud and infrastructure providers: processing storage and transmission on our instructions as data processors;
• Judicial or regulatory authorities: only where required by legal process.

4. Cross-border transfers

The Platform serves buyers worldwide; your information may be stored and processed on servers outside your country. For cross-border transfers we apply contractual safeguards, encryption in transit and access controls so that your information receives a level of protection equivalent to that of the place of collection.

5. Retention

Account information is retained while your account exists. Inquiry and communication records are retained for no more than 24 months after the trading relationship ends (for dispute resolution and compliance audits) and are then deleted or anonymised, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6. Your rights

• Access, correct and delete your personal information;
• Withdraw consent (which may prevent us from providing the related services);
• Close your account: request account closure through our published contact channels; we will delete or anonymise your personal information except where retention is required by law;
• Object to automated processing and request human review.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage on a minimal basis, solely to maintain login sessions and remember language/currency preferences. They are not used for cross-site advertising. See the Cookie Notice.

8. Minors

The Platform is intended for adult professionals in vehicle importing and distribution and is not directed at minors. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by in-platform notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
