Buyer Guide

From choosing a car to driving it

Six steps, one contract and an escrow-protected payment. Here is how a JORYEA purchase works for buyers in any supported market.

Browse and choose

Filter the buyer mall by market, brand and budget; every listing shows the export-ready price.

Quote and reserve

Request a quotation, review duties and logistics, then pay the deposit to lock the vehicle.

Third-party inspection

A licensed inspector verifies condition, mileage and documents before you pay the balance.

Escrow payment

The balance is held in escrow and released only when each agreed milestone is confirmed.

Shipping and customs

The vehicle is shipped on a verified route and cleared with the documents prepared earlier.

Delivery and acceptance

Collect the vehicle at the port or have it delivered; sign the acceptance record to complete the order.

Documents you provide

Four documents cover most orders; the platform prepares everything else.

  • Valid passport or national ID
  • Signed sales contract through the platform
  • Payment proof — bank transfer or card confirmation
  • Destination details — recipient name, address and customs contact

What if the vehicle fails inspection?

You can cancel the order and your deposit returns to you under the escrow rules.

Can I finance the purchase?

Financing providers on the platform offer credit in selected markets; offers are shown with your quotation.
